We are Special Disability Accommodation ( SDA) developers and NDIS registered SDA and SIL services providers with pipeline of over 15 our own SDA houses, which can accommodate around 40 participants in its first initial launch phase with investment of over $10m. We are looking for an experienced NDIS manager who can establish, grow and set up brand new NDIS SIL operations business division to provide supported living services to over 40 NDIS participants living in our own SDA accommodations, which are primally situated in the South East Suburbs of Melbourne.

We are looking for highly skilled service delivery manager, who want to run their own SIL operations. We are looking for a General Manager, who is ready to hit the ground running and very eager to enjoy both personal and financial rewards for their efforts.
We will support you with the systems, tools, processes, licenses, and resources to build and run your own Care Central NDIS SIL Services business division. We will support you to run your business unit operationally with full autonomy.
Your Role

You can be based anywhere in Victoria and can work from home until you grow enough to get your own office for your growing team, wherever you choose.
To be successful as SIL Operations General Manager, you will require the following experience:
- Business Development experience in NDIS disability support services: Ability to network with Support Coordinators and Participants to secure your service offering to bring them on as your clients.
- Recruitment - Recruit and build your support team that meets your Participant needs and requirements.
- Rostering – Manage your client support needs and staff to ensure you maintain the highest level of support.
- Grow – Grow your business so you need internal operational staff to assist in managing and scaling your business.
- Serve – Get your own Participant and Support Staff with empathy and passion.
- Laugh – love, laugh, and support your fellow Care Central team to help everyone be the very best they can be.
- Knowledge of NDIS compliance, audit and billing systems
- Be part of Care Central team and work with our General Manager - SDA and will report Company CEO / Director.
