Reporting to the Executive General Manager, Australian Funerals, this role forms part of the Australian Funerals Senior Leadership Team. This key role requires an accomplished senior leader with a broad range of skills, which include, multi-site people leadership, business development, strategic and operational delivery, and full P&L responsibility. Key deliverables for this position are:

- Producing exceptional customer experiences
- Increasing market share across your region
- Leveraging operational efficiencies
To be successful in this role, you will be a driven sales leader with proven success in achieving optimum results. You will need to display your empathetic style and be commercially astute. Your success in delivering outstanding customer service through a geographically dispersed workforce is paramount. Proven experience in leading and inspiring through other leaders will be essential.
