General Manager - Onsite!

This role will see you working onsite within a luxury Build to Rent apartment complex in the city fringe, and is an amazing opportunity for an experienced candidate looking for that next step!

The Role: 
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Mentor, coach, and lead a small team
• Ensure the smooth running of the office and its operations
• Training and onboarding staff as required
• Ensure staff are adhering to company policies & procedures
• Market analysis & financial reporting
• Implement new processes as required
• HR and recruitment duties
• Assisting with QCAT trials where required

The Candidate:

• Previous Real Estate experience as a Senior Property Manager, Building Manager, Head of Department, or Team Leader
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Demonstrated ability to update, develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and programs
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration
