YOURCARE is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to take over the operational leadership of our organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), budgeting, strategic planning, and, most importantly, a genuine passion for people. We have recently navigated financial challenges, and the primary focus of this role will be to maintain our momentum of growth and improve cash flow. Additionally, there will be a strong emphasis on enhancing employee well-being by implementing solid systems and efficient operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of a multi-million dollar business.
- Lead and manage a team of 60 employees, ensuring optimal performance and development.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and improve organisational systems.
- Manage budgeting and financial planning to ensure sustainable operations.
- Address financial challenges and improve cash flow management.
- Oversee employment processes, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Focus on employee well-being and foster a positive work environment.
- Implement robust systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the CEO to align company goals and strategies.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience with NDIS and a thorough understanding of its processes and regulations.
- Proven track record in strategic planning and driving business growth.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to improve and streamline systems for better efficiency.
