AddressThe General Manager, Operations will develop, implement, and manage service policy and lead and manage organisational change. You will work closely with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders representing the Service to industry, community, and government groups to ensure a positive image of the service and with a view to building effective working relationships.
The General Manager, Operations will contribute to a culture of quality and safety through the delivery of a consistent person-centred service that is driven by evidence and innovative processes to improve and support healthcare outcomes.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements: Compliance Requirements/Qualifications
1.Registration as a paramedic (without conditions or notations) with Aphra.
2.Relevant recent experience as a senior manager in an organisation engaged in the delivery of emergency ambulance (pre-hospital), emergency services and / or health related services to the community. Tertiary qualification in management, emergency management or health related fields would be highly regarded.
3.Current ACT Class C Drivers Licence is essential.
