Your new role
The role will work in partnership with the Director to manage the company's investment in growth and its people and the overall day-to-day operations including, finance safety, HR, maintenance, and quality, to maintain a profitable company business model. This will see you developing comprehensive strategic plans that align to business goals, leading to a more commercial focus on supporting the significant contracts that the company is managing and new sectors it is looking to enter.
What you'll need to succeed
The people we are targeting have experience of infrastructure maintenance, civil engineering or construction-driven environment and have been a "driver of growth" in a business, not an operator. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate how they have enhanced a company's reputation for delivery, in full and to budget, meeting obligations for safety and standards, strong fiscal management and extracted value from overheads.
