General Practice Nurse (Registered / Enrolled Nurse)
Imagine walking into a medical practice where you feel you are taking the best step forward for your health from the moment you walk in. You are greeted by a friendly team member, your Patient Advocate, who provides you with an iPad to complete your onboarding questionnaire. This is to ensure you get the best possible personalised care during your visit. You are invited to take a seat and instead of the standard chairs all in a row you can choose to get comfortable in an area that suits you. You decide to sit within the inside garden oasis. You feel relaxed and help yourself to the selection of tea, coffee, fruit and water.
The Reception Area no longer feels like a clinical place of waiting and instead you feel supported and held. You are proactively completing information about your health and reading education whilst you wait. Before you know it, your Nurse and Practitioner greet you for your consult.
