Lighthouse General Practice are looking for an experienced Casual Medical Receptionist to join our friendly and capable team at Lighthouse. Experience in the field is strongly preferred and an ability to aquire new skills, communicate very well and show initiative are a must.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving the delivery of high quality reception services
- Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency
- Providing excellent customer service and patient care
- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
