We are looking for a team member who is service oriented, courteous, and respectful. You will be passionate about providing a memorable experience for our patients and have exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
What you will do:
- Welcome our patients and make them feel safe, cared for and respected
- Support our GPs to provide a premium healthcare experience to our patients
- Wound dressing
- Set up and assistance with procedures
- Suture removals
- Infection control and sterilisation
- Stock control
- Assist with Chronic Disease Management Plans
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times
The skills and experience you will need to be successful in this role:
- General Practice experience
- Experience in assisting with minor procedures
- Experience in infection control and sterilisation
- Proficient in Microsoft products
- An effective team player with an ability to focus on resolving problems
- Project a professional image at all times through personal presentation and interpersonal skills
- You pride yourself on being able to exceed patient expectations
- You have a ‘let’s do it’ attitude and are happy to take on responsibility to contribute to a positive team environment
- Satisfactory Working With Children Check and Police Check.
