Form of workAre you an experienced Practice Nurse Looking for a challenging new role.?
Minimum 24 hrs per week. Flexible days/times for the right candidate.
Plus Sick and Holiday relief.
Located in Forster NSW, you will be working with 4 GP's, supervising an EEN indirectly or directly(as per NSW nurses registration board requirements), and an experienced Reception team.
Key Responsibilities include;
.ECG's and Ear Syringing.
Adult and child immunisations
Injections of certain medications.
Wound Care
Health assessments
Chronic Disease Management plans
Ordering and maintaining clinical stock consumables/items
Assisting Gps with minor procedures.
Cold Chain management
Sterilisation of Instruments.
As the successful applicant you will be required to have:
Current unrestricted Australian Nursing registration
Experience working as a Registered Nurse in General practice is preferred but not essential, training will be provided.
Authorised Immuniser is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a busy environment.
Good computer skills to utilise Medical Director and Pracsoft software.
Wages are open to Negotiation depending on experience.
