The Role:
We work across a range of disciplines offering you variety and the opportunity to work with a wide range of Managers in Disability, Health and the Training Sector.
Our HR team is supportive, agile and proactive and you are encouraged to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Support stakeholders, and other business leaders to identify, and implement solutions across a range of HR functions, developing solutions directly, where required.
What will you be doing?
- Delivering a high level of support, management and professional advice to managers and team members in employee relations
- Represent and provide high level advice and support on behalf of MAX on internal and external forums
- Contribute as a HR team member to develop and/or enhance policies, procedures, and systems to support HR ‘best practice’
- Offer proactive recruiting assistance
- Assist in safety procedures and practices as when required
- Participate in implementation of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements
- Develop effective and collaborative relationships through networking with internal clients and external stakeholders
What we are looking for:
- HR related qualifications
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge and experience developing, implementing, and managing HR strategic and operational initiatives
- Experience in recruitment processes
- Knowledge of WHS requirements
- Ability to support the business to resolve employee relations matters
- Highly developed interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of people.
