About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated HR professional, with effective leadership skills, an ability to work collaboratively and autonomously, with strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills.
In this role, some of your day-to-day tasks may include:
- Managing recruitment
- Employment Hero Champion
- Managing HR Compliance, Policies and Procedures
- Continuing to manage our positive inclusive organisational culture.
More About You
You are an innovative, strong decision maker, who is accustomed to a fast-paced environment. With effective time management and organisation skills, you like to take initiative and ensure tasks are completed with excellence.
Your experience and qualifications for this role ideally, should include:
- A minimum Bachelor qualification in HR or related Business field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR
- Knowledge and understanding to interpret SCHADS Awards
- Preferably have knowledge and experience in Allied Health and NDIS
- Current NDIS Workers Screening Card, Blue Card, and driver’s licence
