Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual who can handle customer inquiries, manage job scheduling, coordinate material orders, prepare accurate quotes, and most importantly, contribute to the creation and implementation of new management systems and growth strategies for our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and suppliers
- Handle office administration tasks efficiently
- Utilize software to manage client intakes, job orders, and scheduling
- Assist with quoting, lead generation, and follow-ups
- Provide support to the Director and on-site tradesmen
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suites, particularly Excel, and proficiency in working with gross profit margins and price lists
- Willingness to embrace new challenges and work autonomously
- Accountability and a proactive approach to suggesting improvements to business systems with a can-do attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
- Experience within the building industry (preferred but not essential)
- Proficiency in the Windows operating system
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with the V6 program (not essential)
- Knowledge of AutoCAD (not essential)
