The Global Mobility team provide services to deliver employee mobility across the Macquarie Group. We are the key point of contact for various Business Groups consulting on a range of matters impacting cross-border employees. The Global Mobility team manages international assignments and extensions, permanent relocations and localisations, repatriations, as well as international remote work.

What role will you play?
You will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of the Global Mobility function. You will build and maintain strong relationships with specialist teams, navigate complex cross-border/ Global Mobility employment structures and manage 3rd party vendor relationships including service delivery, invoicing, and budgeting.
You will also evaluate the end-to-end Global Mobility life cycle to identify and implement process improvement and digitalisation opportunities in order to future proof the function. Finally, you will be responsible for driving change though the elimination of failure demand, by challenging the status quo and working on innovative solutions.
What you offer
- Previous experience in leading a Global Mobility function including people management
- An inquisitive mindset and ability to analyse complex data
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently, whilst managing competing priorities with a high degree of organisation and self-direction and the ability delegate successfully
- Strong change management skills, including strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
