YOUR ROLE
Working in this small dynamic team, you will provide Insurance Risk insights to the Leadership team to support effective decision making. You will drive continuous improvement in Insurance Risk reporting and insights and maintain governance of the Group Insurance Risk Framework to ensure DIA operates within its risk appetite.
You will work with key internal stakeholders across DIA and Operational Risk to review and remediate Insurance Risk events and issues consistent with Risk Event and Issue Management Standard.
The ideal candidate will be based in Sydney or Melbourne and is a permanent opportunity.

ABOUT YOU
• Extensive insurance industry experience, preferably in Underwriting, Claims, Product or Finance
• Experience of risk management and/or governance is preferred, but not essential.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to provide key insights and calls to action.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously within a small team.
• Experience in developing, fostering, and leveraging key relationships to drive outcomes.
