NSW Golf club is situated on the rugged cliffs at La Perouse, New South Wales Golf Club overlooks Botany Bay.
This Par 72 private golf club, is a wonderful combination of undulating fairways, beautiful scenic vistas, with a spectacular clubhouse. With plans to further develop the course and the Clubhouse an opportunity has recently become available for an experienced Operations Manager with a background in hospitality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Executive Manager, the Operations Manager will be responsible the day to day operations of the hospitality team including, food and beverage, the kitchen, functions and events.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Managing all aspects of the hospitality team including staff management, training and oversight of service delivery
- The financial management of the hospitality areas from budgeting to P&L management
- Working in conjunction with the Executive Manager, to develop strategies for continual improvement
- Working with your department heads to deliver department objectives
- Overseeing the delivery of functions and events
- Continually analysis of the hospitality areas within the Club, to identify issues and opportunities and make recommendations on how to address them.
Your Qualifications & Attributes:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Senior Management role, preferably in the golf industry or hospitality sector.
- You will have a broad understanding of the operational components of each area of hospitality including financial reporting and budgeting skills, experience in general human resources management and customer service.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You will be RSA and WWCC certified (or willing to obtain)
- You will have sound knowledge of all aspects of hospitality operations and experience in the golf or club sector is desirable.
- You have the flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and public holidays across a seven-day roster.

- Excellent computer literacy and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
