THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting into the CFO, this role will cover the following key responsibilities of the role:
- General administrative support for the CEO and CFO
- Catalyst Board, Committees and SLT meeting planning, scheduling, liaison, document preparation; minute-taking, and action follow-up
- Mapping, reviewing, drafting, updating and maintaining our policy suite
- Advancing our Information Management architecture, data, platforms, systems, applications, access, processes and reporting.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
You have strengths in the following competencies:
- Multitasking, effective task management; prioritising tasks
- Time management and working independently
- Administrative and organisational skills
- Attention to detail in, and quality of corporate documentation
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- MS Office (and related applications) knowledge and skills
- Information Governance expertise
- Communication skills; excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor or Post Graduate qualifications in relevant fields or equivalent experience and expertise
