ABOUT THE ROLE:

Due to an internal secondment, an opportunity has arisen within the Governance team for an experienced systems project professional to hit the ground running in this fixed term contract until 30 June 2024.

This varied role will support our business transformation agenda and has a key focus on the delivery of policy, reporting, risk management and governance processes. The Information Management Systems and Project Officer will undertake duties such as:
 

• Coordinate on-going development, admin and support of Information Management Systems, systems integration projects and Information Management projects;
• Project manage system upgrades and process improvements with relation to corporate records management;
• Manage security and data audits; and
• Support and train staff in the use of Management Systems

A BIT ABOUT YOU:

To be a success in this role you will need to possess Tertiary qualifications in Information Management and governance or be able to demonstrate extensive experience in a similar role. You will be able to provide strong technical support to others and do so in a way that contributes to our philosophy of placing the customer@centre.

You will be able to develop policies and processes and have a clear understanding of PROV guidelines, including retention and disposal schedules, as well as familiarity with policies in relation to privacy, data security and information governance.
