About the role
The Records & Information Officer undertakes daily operational activities including mail processing, attending to service requests via the ServiceNow request portal and registration of documents to Content Manager. The role works closely within the team to ensure activities are performed efficiently and to the highest quality to support the management of records and information at the TAC.
About the Team
The Enterprise Information Management Team (EIM)'s vision is for the TAC to have efficient and reliable access to information across it's lifecycle to enable staff to perform at their best.
You will join a team of 8 in the Finance and Governance division, the Records and Information team are responsible for managing information in all forms, educating staff across all business areas in order to enable TAC staff to manage information to better community outcomes. The team manage the Content Manager Records management system, and oversee physical files at our archival storage provider.

Relative Record keeping / Information Management Experience
