About the Role
The team is responsible for delivering strategic and administrative financial operations, governance oversight, and compliance administration for whole-of-government panels/marketplaces, and single seller arrangements.
Working in the Governance Team, you will support governance and compliance administration activities. They will build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, administer day-to-day governance and compliance tasks, and assist the team with panel management tasks.
Duties
- Undertake Seller compliance activities with limited supervision, performing corrective actions and resolve issues as they arise.
- Daily Seller compliance task processing (insurance certification, Statement of Tax Record, and labour hire license checks), and other applicable Seller compliance activities.
- Assist with Seller management, including internal approval minutes, running reports, and emailing Sellers.
Skills and Experience
- Experience in administration, procurement, contract management, or governance is desirable.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide timely, considered, and accurate advice to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Certificate IV in Procurement and Contracting (or equivalent) highly desirable.
What's on offer
The successful candidate will notionally be offered a 12 month hourly rate contract at the APS4level (dependant on experience). This position is based in Canberra.
As this role is with the Federal Government, only Australian citizens that hold an active baseline clearance will be considered for this vacancy.
