An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Governance Officer to join our Governance team. In this permanent position you'll be working alongside a small and dedicated team that are experts in providing our organisation with governance advice and developing robust frameworks. You'll be working full time, 70 hours per fortnight and will primarily be based at our Corporate Centre in Goonellabah.

What we trust you to deliver
- Demonstrated experience in complex report writing and policy development
- Proven high degree of personal integrity, emotional intelligence, flexibility and comfort working with ambiguity while driving towards clarity and solutions
- Sound understanding and practical application of statutory requirements of various Acts, regulations and guidelines relevant to the position
- Demonstrated experience in working collaboratively with peers to ensure consistency in the achievement of organisation objectives (multi-skilling, information and resource sharing)
