Job tasks and responsibilities
- Data entry and processing of invoices
- Accounts Payable
- Maintain and Manage Accounts Receivables
- Monthly and Quarterly BAS and PAYG lodgements
- Invoicing
- Preparing Purchase orders
- Daily banking and allocations, cheque deposit
- Bank and Credit Card transactions reconciliations
- General admin duties
Skills and experience
Requisites
- Bachelor Degree, Accounting Major
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Preferred
- Relevant experience
- Experience on MYOB and Xero
- Studying towards CPA or planning to study CPA
