Your new company 
This multinational technology company is conveniently located on the outskirts of the CBD. They are a dynamic and exciting organisation, looking to appoint a Financial Accountant due to expansion. They are going through rapid growth and looking for the right individual to take the finance team to the next level.
Your new role 

• Responsible for delivery of the month end close process including journal entries, financial reconciliations, preparation and review of management reporting deliverables including US SoX reporting requirements.
• Profit and Loss analysis including trend analysis and cost-controlling
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations in accordance with the month-end timetable
• Reconciling data to sub-ledgers
• Undertake financial analysis and variance reporting, including challenging the business on results and ensuring accurate use of cost channelling principles
• Responding to financial enquiries by gathering and interpreting data
• Maintain accurate fixed asset records and oversee asset capitalisation to ensure accurate recording and compliance
• Tax accounting and compliance, including a focus on transfer pricing and liaising with external tax specialists.

What you'll need to succeed 

CPA/CA Qualified

3-5 years experience.

Strong oral/written communication skills

Highly motivated team member and able to demonstrate effective leadership

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Australian Citizen
