AddressOpportunity exists for a Graduate Accountant to join our team. Located in regional Victoria, AAS services a large and diverse client base of small to medium sized businesses. Our purpose is to build long lasting relationships with our clients and employees alike. Our Accountants will help you develop the necessary knowledge to further your qualifications.
Qualifications & experience:
- Degree qualified or nearing completion
- Have between 0 to 3 years experience in Public Practice
- CA/CPA or working towards
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Highest standard of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism
- Willingness to learn, show initiative and be a positive team player
Tasks & responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Preparation of Financial Statements, Tax, BAS and IAS returns for various entity structures
- Tax planning
- Budgeting
- Periodic reports
- Liaising with statutory bodies
- Ad hoc tasks
Salary on offer is commensurate with qualifications and experience and is negotiable for the right candidate.
