The Programs
ConnellGriffin is seeking applications from exceptional Young Professionals and tertiary students to join one of its two Programs below.
The 2025 Young Professionals Graduate Program
The program offers graduates and other young professionals (who graduated within the last two years) the opportunity to be involved in some of the most high-profile infrastructure projects across Victoria New South Wales, Canberra, and Queensland. The successful applicants will be working as an integrated team members within our high-performing project teams and closely with some of our industry-leading senior advisors.
ConnellGriffin is offering limited positions in this full-time two-year-long Program with potential progression into a more senior role at the end of it. The Program offers practical experience combined with internal and external training in areas relevant to a specialist advisor in the infrastructure development and delivery space. The roles are based in Melbourne with the possibility of some interstate work.
The 2024-2025 Summer Undergraduate Internship Program
The program offers penultimate-year students the opportunity to taste the world of infrastructure advisory, learn what it takes to be an advisor and develop their capabilities by working closely with our advisors and project teams on some of the most high-profile infrastructure projects across Victoria New South Wales, Canberra, and Queensland.
ConnellGriffin is offering limited positions in its 12-week full-time Summer Undergraduate Internship Program (to be undertaken throughout December 2024 and January 2025) which includes practical experience combined with internal and external training in areas relevant to a specialist advisor in the infrastructure development and delivery space. The roles are based in Melbourne, with the possibility of some interstate work.
Who are we interested in
We are looking for strong academic achievers with leadership and organisational potential, who demonstrate proficient problem-solving skills, flexibility, and ambition. Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be a good cultural fit for our business.
We have a preference for candidates with a degree in engineering, commerce, law or the combination of either two of those three.
