Role
Working in a busy environment, the Graduate Engineer works closely with the Operations Coordinator and plays a key role in the delivery of services to clients. With a circa 75/25 office/site split, your role is a key one in ensuring the efficient running of the business. Responsibilities include.
- Assisting with Scheduling
- Taking bookings from Client's
- Ensuring all compliance and OHS paperwork is completed accurately
- Completing TMP’s and TGS's
- Invoicing works in accounting software
- Site audits of work zones.
Skills Required
- Strong attention to detail
- Competent computer literacy and organisational skills
- Ability to positively contribute to a team environment
- Efficiency in handling phone enquiries and processing outcomes in a timely manner.
- Excellent communications skills to help build and maintain client and employee relationships
- Promote and maintain Quality Assurance, Safety and Environmental Standards
- Read, understand, and ensure compliance of the regulatory and legislative requirements
