THE ROLE 

We seek a Graduate Electrical Engineer motivated to join our dynamic team. 

This role is an entry-level position. You will be mentored and involved in designing and developing wire harnesses and complete electrical solutions for RVs in the automotive industry. 

You will collaborate with a team to ensure electrical systems are practically and seamlessly integrated.

The ideal candidate will understand electrical engineering principles and have problem-solving skills whilst possessing a passion for growth and innovation. You will be responsible for completing tasks and projects with your team. 

DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT:

• Conceptualise, design, and implement electrical systems and components for various projects.
• Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layouts using AutoCAD, Creo Parametric
• Collaborate with the broader engineering team to integrate electrical systems with overall project requirements.

TESTING:

• Testing harnesses for reliability of designed electrical systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of prototypes, making necessary adjustments to meet performance standards.

COLLABORATION:

• Work closely with broader company teams, including the Manufacturing Team, for seamless integration of electrical components.

TROUBLESHOOTING AND MAINTENANCE:

• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in existing systems.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

ADVANTAGEOUS EXPERIENCE:

• Experience with Zuken.e3
• Experience with AutoCAD
•  Creo Parametric
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools for schematic design and analysis.
•  Proven experience in electrical design, development, and testing.
