This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of our head office located in Chelesea Heights, Victoria. Due to growth, we are seeking the services of a driven individual to assist with providing day-to-day support to the external sales team. This is a newly created role and considered vital to the future growth of the business.
About the role:
Become a HVAC product specialist!
- Primarily estimating - HVAC - specialising in ventilation fans - no experience necessary, training provided
- Respond to sales and technical enquiries, phone, email and in person.
- Follow up on tenders
- Assist with managing large projects as you gain experience
- Liaise between sales team members, customers and the internal teams
- Provide high level of support and a problem-solving approach to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Full time business hours onsite position
About you:
You are a positive professional with a can-do attitude and you're passionate about delivering fantastic service!
- Intermediate Microsoft office user.
- Have the ability to understand or willingness to learn fan engineering
- You are highly customer service focused
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
- Experience with ERP systems beneficial – particularly D365
- Can do attitude
