ABOUT THE ROLE:
As we are experiencing substantial business-wide growth, we are looking to appoint a commercially minded Graduate in our Infection Control Division, to be based at our Eight Mile Plains Office.
You will be integrated with the Sales, Data, and Major Projects Teams within our Infection Control Division. In doing so, you will gain exposure to and be involved in numerous interesting projects, while simultaneously learning as much as possible about our core operations.
Your primary focus is to ensure you manage an agile workload with conflicting priorities, both collaboratively and autonomously. This position has been designed to offer you an overview of In Vitro Technologies’ Health Care division, and to pave a pathway for further Career development.
This is a full-time and permanent position, commencing in April 2024.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Learn from key team members/leaders throughout the sales & device implementation process
- Observe and support high-level account management activities with our major stakeholders and partners
- Prepare reports and analyse data relevant to specific internal projects
- Assistance in the bidding, tendering, and pricing process
- Assist the sales department in day-to-day activities including, presentations, quotations, and any general or ad-hoc tasks
- Work cohesively with relevant departments, including different levels of management, to achieve business outcomes
- Critical thinking, testing, and mapping various business processes and protocols
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Medical, Scientific, Business, or Economic field
- Motivated and willing to learn about the wider business
- Willing to specialise over time and become an expert
- Able to commit to a regular, full-time work schedule
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite
- Excellent communicator with the ability to resonate with different people and stakeholders
- Team player with an eagerness to ‘get your foot in the door!’
