Key Responsibilities:
As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer at Sync Lift Engineering, you will:
- Collaborate with senior team members on certified, safe, and legally compliant Engineered Designs.
- Conduct compliance, safety, and risk assessments to ensure design integrity.
- Produce 3D models using cutting-edge programs.
- Work closely with project stakeholders to develop design documentation.
- Work closely with the Workshop Manager to develop and update project schedules
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance Lead to ensure that quality documentation is met and compiled as per client requirements
- Work closely with the Business Systems Manager to improve systems & processes

Your Profile:
We are looking for a talented individual with:
- A recently completed Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong theoretical understanding of engineering fundamentals
- Advanced computer literacy skills
