About the role
- The Macmahon surface mining engineer program is a two-year structured program for graduate engineers.
- Graduates will gain exposure to our site operations and business functions aimed at encouraging ‘whole of business'' thinking.

About you
- Mining Engineering degree (or equivalent)
- Flexibility to work variable 8/6, 2/1 or 2/2 DIDO rosters
- Willingness to travel to various mine sites across Australia
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent work ethic
- Strong safety orientation
- A desire to learn and challenge yourself
- Manual C Class Australian Drivers Licence
- Australian Citizen with Full Unrestricted Working Rights
