About the role
As a Graduate Officer, you will take on varied placements assisting in research, information sourcing and gathering, data analysis, project management, coordination, and implementation. You will build your technical skills and enhance your stakeholder engagement abilities. Graduate Officers rotate through multiple workplace environments, demonstrating adaptability, self-awareness and relationship building skills. You will have the opportunity to apply the knowledge you have gained throughout your studies to the workplace and develop practical skills to kickstart a rewarding career with the Department of Justice.
We are looking for Graduate Officers from the Business and Commerce discipline, including Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Law, Employment Relations, Economics, Procurement and Contract Management, Marketing and Communications.
About you
We are looking for motivated, adaptable, and enthusiastic graduates with an eagerness to learn.
You will have recently completed your university degree, be interested in a career in the public sector and show awareness of the services delivered by the Department of Justice. Your university transcript will reflect a commitment to your studies.
All employees are required to undergo employment screening, which includes a National Criminal History Check and other checks that may be relevant to the position requirements.
