Graduate Planner
Temporary Full Time until April 2025
Salary Range $69,249.87 to $73,966.90 per annum plus 11% Superannuation

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Regional City Planning team as a Graduate Planner.
The Role
You will implement the statutory planning function of the Council to provide an efficient, accurate and effective service to the community to assist the realisation of the positive contribution to the economic, social and environmental development of the City of Latrobe.
Other duties will include:
- To achieve an effective interface between the Council, the public, and other agencies, in responding to requests, complaints or enquiries.
- Ensure that decisions of Council, Division and Senior Management Teams are executed promptly and effectively, ensuring that all requested reports are supplied on time for meetings, and attend meetings as required.
About You
You will have a commitment to providing excellent customer service to both our internal departments and our external customers, consultants, and government agencies. We are seeking someone with a general understanding of the Victorian planning system and has the ability to liaise, coordinate and communicate with a diverse range of people and organisations.
You will need:
- Completion of or currently undertaking relevant tertiary studies, or alternatively, a lesser qualification along with previous relevant experience.
- Current Victorian Driver’s License.
