Job Description:
As part of this exciting Graduate intake, you will learn alongside Strategic Sales and Solution Professionals with the purpose of enhancing the pre sales customer experience. You will learn value proposition and in time be able to articulate the value that solutions bring to customers and how we help them to meet their business objectives.
The role:
- As a service provider the sales team engagement continues after the initial contract signature and implementation.
- As an additional point of contact for our customers, you will build a direct relationship and provide support on any up sell/new service requests.
- Working these through the sales process, you will help to coordinate internal teams to ensure proposals are delivered in a timely manner and that they meet the customer's requirements.
- You will learn to understand the customer's business, their objectives
About you:
- Recently graduated with a degree in any field.
- Able to commit to the entire Graduate Program of 12 months
- Able to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Adaptable to change
- A problem solver
- Prepared to speak up, challenge and be heard
- Willing to work for a company that values the person
