The position
This comprehensive program delves into all aspects of sales, covering tactical sales, account management, strategic planning, involvement in larger global account capture teams, and proactive business development initiatives. You'll gain valuable experience navigating complex landscapes, selling innovative solutions to EPCs and the dynamic renewable energy sector.
Skills & experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, with a major in Power Systems preferred (but not certainly not essential!).
- Strong commercial aptitude in working with pricing models and contracts.
- A keen understanding of industry dynamics
- Passion for customer engagement and relationship-building
- Self-motivated with a hunger for results, paired with an eagerness to develop and learn.
- Strong team player, adept at collaborating across diverse stakeholders.
