Some of the main technologies that we use include Pure Storage, Rubrik & Polaris Data Management, Darktrace, Mimecast, Crowdstrike, VMWare, Manage Engine, Microsoft 365 & Intune, Microsoft Azure and Salesforce. With comprehensive training and mentorship, you'll be well-equipped to excel in your role and build a successful long-term IT career.
About the Role:
- Provide prompt customer support using ITSM tools, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Support software applications to ensure smooth operation and promptly troubleshoot issues.
- Monitor cybersecurity tickets, ensuring prompt action and completion of service requests within SLA.
There will also be opportunities to be involved in organisational & technology projects.
What we are looking for:
- Recent IT graduate with strong academics.
- Proficient in IT concepts and communication.
- Collaborative, adaptable team player.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Windows troubleshooting, Active Directory, and ITIL.
- Document management proficiency and policy adherence are advantageous.
