Join a Managed IT Services and Cybersecurity Provider on the Service Desk to build yourself up to a skill level providing IT support to clients.
You will gain the opportunity to work at a growing Managed IT Services and Cybersecurity provider, providing Level 1/2 Service Desk IT Support to a mix of clients and industries.If you're looking to build upon your existing passion for IT with practical experience delivering IT Support and customer service, this is the right role for you.
Role Summary:
- Work through a mix of Level 1 and 2 technical issues.
- Service and support client requests.
- Deliver support remotely and occasionally onsite.
- Develop your technical, documentation and process skills.
- Work across a mix of cloud and on-premise technologies including Networking, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and some cybersecurity vendors.
- Learn and develop systems administration and troubleshooting skills.
- At a minimum, you can demonstrate your passion for IT through what you've studied or are in the middle of studying and any other IT activities you do.
- Equally, you may be someone who is making a career change into IT and can show that you've taken the pro-active steps in study or work experience to get yourself there.
- If you're just starting out and have studied or are completing a university, industry or other similar course in IT and are looking to grow your fundamentals on a technical and people level than this is a great role for you.
