Looking for an experienced Service Desk IT Technical Support Level 3 with a strong understanding of Microsoft and cloud support, preferably in managed services environment.

In brief:
You'll be responding to day to day client ticket service requests alongside:
- handling Level 3 service ticket incidents of clients
- desktop & infrastructure support across Microsoft O365, Azure cloud services, WAN/LAN, Print and AV.
- escalating & relating to Account Manager.
- providing a customer success experience.
About you:
3 -5 + years Customer Support experience in a technical environment, including:
- Microsoft O365, Windows, TEAMS, SharePoint, Office Suite (some certifications).
- Endpoint manager / Intune experience
- Strong PowerShell
- Experience working in multi-tenanted environments and scripting bulk operations to do management across multiple tenants
- Azure cloud or similar
- Understanding Agile methodologies inc Kanban or Scrum
- Relevant certifications of interest.
- Customer first mindset.
Permanent Resident or Citizen as security checks and vetting required for certain clients.
