Your New RoleAs a newly graduated Speech Pathologist you will be well supported with a senior, clinical supervisor and your own team to build your confidence to provide services for kids and adults with disabilities. You'll work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions that align with your clients' unique goals and needs.Whether you're providing services in clients' homes, community settings, or our clinic space, you'll be on the forefront of delivering client-centered care. We're committed to your growth and development, offering full support and supervision from our Senior Practitioners and other Allied Health Professionals.Your Graduate Pathways Journey To help you get acclimated, we will: Link you to your senior practitioner, clinical supervisor and the rest of the team for support Find your interests and get you shadowing your seniors for more exposure to the speech field Facilitate connection between graduates and the rest of the Organisation To assist in your growth, we will: Provide access to various learning opportunities Set-up one hour of formal supervision each week, providing you with a safe space to seek guidance and support from your seniors Host monthly workshops for you to expand and deepen your knowledge Provide the opportunity to have exposure to practice across other areas of The Benevolent Society Our program consists of: Total remunerations $92,000 (Base + Super) + Salary Packaging + meal & entertainment card Flexible- friendly and hybrid work options Full-time roles in: Sydney and Southern NSW Albury/Wodonga VIC Goulburn Liverpool Wollongong Penrith Northern & Western NSW Armidale Tamworth Mudgee Port Macquarie Coffs Harbour Broadmeadow East Maitland New England South Australia Murray Bridge Port Pirie Mount Gambier Skills and Experience Currently registered with Speech Pathology Australia Current driver's license (don't worry, we've got cars for you) Passionate about supporting people with a disability to achieve their goals Honest and who carry out their role with integrity and demonstrate genuine respect for all people regardless of their disability, culture, age, gender, sexual orientation Able to work in a flexible, person-centred and strengths-based way across a diverse range of settings to meet client needs Willing to contribute to and develop their professional skills through our internal practice communities Our Benefits We support people to live their best life.
