Job description

At Early Start Australia, we work with children, their families and young adults to provide the best start to grow, develop and reach their full potential. 

We are looking for passionate Speech Pathology graduates who want to make a real difference in the lives of those they treat, to join our 1-year Graduate Program. 

You’ll work with a team of dedicated allied health and client support professionals, collaborating on treatment plans and sharing ideas and knowledge to contribute to a holistic care approach for our wonderful clients. 

You’ll be fully mentored and supported by experienced clinicians, delivering therapy in one of our well-equipped clinics, at client’s homes, schools and via telehealth. 

We are seeking Speech Pathology graduates to join our clinics in Fannie Bay and Durack NT. 

Our Graduate Program will provide you with a well-rounded knowledge base to accelerate your career and mentorship and supervision along the way to make sure you are supported as you learn.

You’ll also need to: 

  • Be eligible for SPA registration upon graduating 
  • Have graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2024 
  • Hold a valid Working with Children Check and willing to obtain a pre-employment National Police Check
  • Hold or willing to obtain a NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
  • Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate or willing to obtain
  • A valid driver's license, car and insurance.
