Role responsibilities:
- Provide a point of contact for clients. Answer incoming calls and handle non-advice related queries.
- Strong administration skills and demonstrate an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Display a results focused approach.
- Great time management skills.
- Work independently and as part of a team in achieving desired results.
- Not required but desirable: understanding of financial planning software such as Xplan.
The successful candidate will have completed their Bachelor of Financial Planning from a top university, or near completion.
No prior experience is necessary for this role, however any internships or work experience completed during your studies will be looked upon favourably.
