The role
As a Product Manager for OneVue Products, you'll be at the forefront of our Product team, driving both management and development activities for superannuation, Investor Directed Portfolio Service, and Managed Investment Scheme products. Your focus will be on crafting competitive product sets, enhancing adviser and investor experiences, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Leading initiatives to boost platform performance and profitability, you'll champion seamless user experiences.
Main Activities of This Position:
- Drive initiatives for new features and enhancements, aligning with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough competitor analysis to inform pricing strategies and product optimization.
- Implement strategies to elevate portfolio quality, enhancing platform performance and profitability.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather insights and foster collaboration.
- Ensure a seamless adviser experience for platform products, focusing on usability and client satisfaction.
- Manage adviser communication for important events and product changes.
- Ensure meticulous compliance with regulatory requirements, orchestrating changes to Product Disclosure Statements.
- Degree in a business or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in financial services, with product management background preferred
- Solid grasp of market participants, investment markets, and financial platforms
- Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
- Proficiency in regulatory requirements and agile project management
- Resilience and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Sound spreadsheet capability
