This role is a unique opportunity to spearhead efforts in raising capital for their exciting range of real estate products, with a primary focus on Private Wealth and high net worth individuals.
As the Capital Raising lead, you will play a crucial role in expanding their investor base and driving the growth of real estate investments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Identifying and engaging with potential investors, cultivating relationships with existing clients, and showcasing the value proposition of various real estate products and funds. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of Private Wealth management and expertise in engaging high net worth individuals to successfully raise capital.

- Proven track record in Business Development within the Private Wealth sector, ideally within real estate or investment management industries.
- Strong network of high-net-worth individuals and Private Wealth clients.
- 10+ year's industry experience, RG 146 qualification
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex investment concepts to clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
