Graduate/First Year Lawyer
Altus Lawyers is a busy boutique law firm specialising in litigation and dispute resolution in Melbourne's CBD.
We have a full-time position available now for a graduate or first year lawyer.
Your interest in learning about the law and enthusiasm to solve problems is more important than the experience you have had to date.
We are looking for a switched on and personable Graduate/First year lawyer interested in finding practical and creative solutions to legal problems.
We are focused on delivering first class service to clients in a way that suits their needs. We are looking for someone that shares our passion to deliver this as well.

All our files are maintained electronically, and we run a paperless office.
You will work with our unique Online Dashboard, through which we report and estimate costs for clients who want it – see link here: http://bit.ly/3AIxNFY
Collaboration between staff is woven into the fabric of the work we do. We have two lawyers with 25+ years experience and a third with 10+ years. We have mentored many lawyers and you will work on interesting and unusual cases.

Most of our work is in superior Courts.
You will have a supportive environment to work in, as well on-the-job and structured external training. We will pay for membership of www.wirv.com.au, the Law Institute of Victoria, and your external CPD training as necessary.
