This role is accountable for the development and production of creative graphic assets across the product portfolio for ARB. Responsible for developing and producing high quality visual communications to support outputs across a variety of different media types and channels including brand, publications, digital and social media.
The Role:
- Working within a team of other marketing specialists, using your design skills to produce compelling and creative graphic assets to be used across all channels.
- Working with the marketing team to bring to life the creative vision for campaign deliverables.
- Conceptualising ideas with the team, and actively contributing to developing the visual brand identity.
- Working across day-to-day needs from multiple departments and delivering multi-platform digital design across all platforms.
- Acting as a brand custodian to ensure our brand identity always remains consistent by providing guidance on our visual style and brand guidelines.
- Content administration including managing the storage and filing of design files and imagery.
- Project managing all design tasks in collaboration with the Marketing team to ensure projects are delivered on time to a high-quality standard.
What we need from you:
- Tertiary qualifications in Design or related discipline.
- Ideally 2-3 years' post-graduate experience in marketing and communications.
- Experience in digital design and roll out (ideally social media and eDMs).
- Experience in printed collateral design e.g., brochures, flyers, catalogues, publications.
- Video editing experience, not essential, but highly desirable.
- Ability to think visually and technically with high level conceptual skills.
- You have design sensibility and typographic skills, strong art direction across multiple media types.
- Understanding of brand and marketing principles.
