The designer is a key member of the creative team within MKTG. Leveraging our established look and feel, the designer is responsible for representing and articulating MKTG’s brand in the engagement of all visual presentations. Playing a key role in business development, the designer will be responsible for the following;

• Ownership of creative presentations, pitching and campaigns for major clients including Deck building, ideation, concepting, rationalising, copywriting, key visual development, and amplification (roll-out collateral)
• Design and produce marketing communications (print and digital) pieces for a wide variety of clients and for MKTG.
• Collaborate with our creative team, internal teams, and clients to develop creative solutions and translate through a variety of channels. At MKTG we specialise in Sports and Entertainment, delivered creatively through Sponsorships / partnerships, Brand Experiences, Hospitality, Events and in venue.
• Working alongside the Creative Director & Art Director to ensure that deliverables are met, briefs are interrogated, and quality control is managed.
• Deliver projects in accordance with agency standards, agreed costs and timings.

A proven track record (2+ years experience) in a creative team in a fast paced marketing or creative agency is essential.

Knowledge & Experience Required

• Understanding of best-practice design and layout across print and digital
• Proficient in design software tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, In-Design, Photoshop and After Effects. Knowledge of 3D applications like Cinema 4D or Blender would be ideal but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint design skills highly regarded)
• Illustration abilities highly regarded but not required
• Proven track record in a creative team in a fast-paced agency
• 3+ Years’ experience (agency or client side)
