The Opportunity

Are you a talented Graphic Designer/Artworker who is meticulous with attention to detail and has 3-5 years of proven experience, either within a design, advertising or in-house agency looking to join a dynamic creative team. Based in Ringwood, we are looking to fulfil an immediate position to assist in the co-ordination and delivery of changeover marketing collateral across our business across a 4-month contract.

Potential for contract extension may be offered at completion.  

Working as part of a specialist marketing team, you will bring a sound knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, attention to detail, understanding of production processes for print and digital applications, ability to work within tight deadlines, clear communication and organisation skills.

Reporting to the Creative Design Studio Manager, this position is accountable for the update of existing artwork and creation of new design layouts as part of a broader marketing and communications roll out, ensuring alignment with the MEGT Brand and working as part of a wider multi-disciplinary team including copywriters, and marketing managers.

On the job responsibilities will include:

• Develop, update and produce designs for print and digital mediums, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, communication, and other project stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver accurate final designs and artwork across a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to flyers, EDMs, website assets and motion assets.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality, ensuring that all design and artwork work aligns with our brand guidelines and standards.

About you

You will be an innovation, driven and collaborative Graphic Designer with ideally 3 years proven industry experience within a similar role, brand design studio, advertising agency or a creative inhouse team including:

• Hold a qualification in either graphic design, advertising or finish artwork
• Exceptional attention to detail, flexible, resourceful and proactive to problem solving.
• Be open and willing to receive design feedback with a collaborative approach to solving problems
• Understand and work with distinctive brand assets such as logos, iconography, typography, colour and imagery that is fit for purpose
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative suite and other relevant design, motion, animation tools.
• Solid portfolio of work showcasing diverse range of design projects across print, digital and motion.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams
