We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team 3 days a week. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating a wide range of marketing collateral, ad designs, branding materials, website designs, and social media assets. This role requires a creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. You will report directly to the Senior Designer and the Account Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop visually compelling marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, posters, and other promotional materials.
- Design engaging and effective digital ad creatives for various platforms such as social media, display ads, and PPC campaigns.
- Create and refine brand identities, including logos, colour schemes, typography, and comprehensive brand guidelines.
- Design and optimise user-friendly, visually appealing website layouts and elements.
- Produce high-quality social media assets, including graphics, animations, and videos, tailored to platform specifications and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure all designs align with brand strategy and campaign objectives.
- Maintain a consistent and cohesive visual style across all design projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to keep our design approach fresh and innovative.
- Report progress, project updates, and design decisions to the Senior Designer and Account Director.
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across marketing collateral, ad designs, branding, website design, and social media assets.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), and other relevant design tools.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to translate creative briefs into visually appealing and effective designs.
- Proficiency in preparing files for printing.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality work.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus.
