The Opportunity
To create captivating designs for a range of digital and print applications. This role will contribute in conceptualising and creating marketing/sales campaigns and promotions for TripADeal aligned to the TripADeal brand tone and guidelines.
Organisational Structure
You'll report to our Senior Graphic Designer. This permanent full-time position is 100% onsite working from our Byron Bay HeadQuarters, working Monday to Friday, 8-4pm or 9-5pm - you choose!
A Day in the Life
- Concept design, development and finished artwork for all media, primarily within the digital space such, EDMs, competition, banner ads, websites and all other media
- Utilising Adobe CC and Figma to conceptualise and execute high-quality digital designs for various projects including print, large format outdoor, EDM, web interfaces, mobile applications, marketing materials, and social media assets
- Managing projects, from initial brief, design scope, concept development and production of all artwork (print and digital) through to delivery
- Maintaining consistency in design elements, typography, and photography to uphold the TripADeal brand identity across all digital & print channels
- Working closely with the Design TL to ensure the Digital Brand guideline is up to date, accurate and informs the direction of customer-facing digital assets across the business
- Collaborating with the development team to create new functions and layout concepts to maximize the simplicity, aesthetics and user experience of the TripADeal websites
To be a Front Running Candidate
- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Multimedia, Graphic Design or a related discipline, or 5 years+ demonstrated experience
- Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite with the ability to produce creative across a wide range of mediums including: print, digital, web, video, animation
- Experience with cPanel, web domain and hosting platforms
- Experience with Figma, Sketch Adobe XD or similar
- Expert knowledge in all stages of print production including pre-press knowledge
- Advanced experience creating digital assets for web & EDMs for both desktop & mobile
- Experience shooting photos and video with the ability to take them all the way through post
