Tilt Renewables is looking for a dedicated Grid Connection Manager to join our Grid Connection Team in a Project Management focussed role to lead our Grid Connection projects through the entire project lifecycle from the initial feasibility stage through to post-R2 operation.
In this pivotal role, you will manage comprehensive project assessments, detailed planning, execution, and operational oversight to ensure continued compliance and optimal performance.
As a Grid Connection Manager, you will collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, technical teams, and external partners, to facilitate smooth project progression and address challenges throughout the project's lifespan. You will manage and oversee complex Grid Connection projects, ensure effective communication of engineering concepts and regulations, foster strong relationships with stakeholders, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. Your role will be critical in aligning project goals and technical requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and building connections with industry organizations to enhance project outcomes and industry presence.
Key Accountabilities will include:
- Guide projects from feasibility to post-R2 operation, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives and compliance standards. Apply comprehensive knowledge of technical terminology relevant to Grid Connections, ensuring effective communication and precise interpretation of engineering concepts and regulations.
- Collaborate closely with regulatory bodies, technical teams, and external stakeholders to foster strong relationships and achieve project success.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including our Grid Connection team, engineering, and Project Management, to ensure smooth execution within timelines and budgets.
- Leverage your technical skills to manage Grid Connection procedures effectively.
- Build connections with industry organizations, participate in networking opportunities, and enhance our industry presence.
